At Cistus Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
