To 3-5 ft tall or so in clumps as wide after many years, this creature, originally found in Arp, Texas, has finely textured, evergreen foliage and dark blue flowers over a long blooming season. Prefers lean, well-drained soil and requires little summer water once established. Said to be deer resistant as well! Frost hardy to -10F, USDA zone 6.
