*RETAIL - Ericameria nauseosa

A denizen of dry open slopes and rocky roadsides throughout the west. Narrow silvery foliage is evergreen and strongly aromatic on 3-4ft tall and wide shrubs. Late summer small orangey-yellow flowers are great forage for butterflies and other pollinators. Full sun to the lightest shade in gritty well drained soil. Extremely drought adapted, a natural for the summer dry garden. Prune hard in late spring to encourage a denser habit. USDA zone 4.
