Ophiopogon japonicus 'Variegata'

Cheerful, evergreen mondo grass with tallish, grassy leaves, to 8"-12" tall or so, green with fine white stripes.  Summer flowers are pale lavender, followed by blue berries. Spreads slowly by underground rhizomes, making small, bright clumps in part sun with regular summer water. Frost hardy to -10F, USDA zone 6.
