Very hardy Protea relation from eastern Australia, a great garden plant. 5 to 8 ft or more tall & covered with clusters of eyelash shaped white fragrant flowers in summer. Needle-like leaves are aromatic & handsomely arching. Tolerates a bit of summer irrigation. Our cuttings from an old plant at the University of British Columbia. As with all proteas, avoid fertilizer with phosphorous. Frost hardy to USDA zone 7b.Ā
