Upright habit to 10 to 12' with dense rounded leaves and those sensuous red trunks. Clusters of cream bell-shaped flowers in winter are much loved by local hummers, orange-red fruit in fall. Full sun to light shade in well drained soil. Drought tolerant accepting occasional irrigation. USDA zone 8
